What we collect
When you register your interest, we collect your name, email address, estate name and Eircode. We may also collect a phone number if you choose to provide one.
How we use your data
We use your contact details to identify local interest, check whether there is a group nearby and update you about Group Solar activity relevant to your area. We do not use your data for marketing unrelated to Group Solar.
Legal basis
We process your details on the basis of our legitimate interests in administering Group Solar expressions of interest, assessing local demand and keeping you updated about Group Solar activity relevant to the area you registered for. You can ask us to stop sending updates at any time. We only share your details with the chosen installer if you request a home survey.
Who we share it with
We will not sell your personal data. We will only share your contact details with the chosen installer if you ask for a home survey, so they can arrange the survey and prepare your quote.
How form data is processed
Form submissions may be processed through Tally and stored in Google Sheets so we can manage expressions of interest. Tally's handling of your data is governed by Tally's privacy policy.
How long we keep your data
We keep your registration details for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required by law. You can ask us to delete your details sooner, subject to any legal reason we may need to retain them.
Cookies and tracking
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand basic website traffic and performance. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not use cookies, localStorage, or fingerprinting to collect usage metrics. The Tally form embed, when active, may set cookies in accordance with Tally's privacy policy linked above.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@airpv.ie. You can also ask to be removed from Group Solar updates at any time by emailing hello@airpv.ie.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission.
